Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. Tracking numbers if available will be automatically e-mailed on the day of the shipping to the e-mail address provided by the customer. All packages shipped by us are insured against loss or damage. You need to check the packet while accepting the same.

Customers will be contacted by e-mail / Mobile if there are any problems on processing the order or shipping the package on time. 

For Occasions / Festival Orders where Item is required within a specific date, Customers are advised to place the Order atleast 15 days before the due Date. For urgent deliveries kindly Contact Us before placing the Order.

We dispatch all our products through Blue Dart. To get the ordered product in time, kindly ensure that your Pin Code is serviced by Blue Dart Couriers. Blue Dart Location finder is available at Location Finder . Kindly ensure that Domestic Inbound is marked YES at the bottom table. For Locations not serviced by Blue Dart, we dispatch the products through other reputed Couriers like DTDC, trackon courier etc for which delivery time may be between 5-7 days. For remote locations we use Speed Post / Registered Parcel service of India Post.

For Express Shipping, Customers are advised to Contact us before placing the Order.

We ship through DHL/ EMS to Individuals located in USA , Canada , European Countries, Australia and New Zealand . International Buyers would be required to pay through Wire Transfer.

International Buyers are advised to Contact Us before registering an Order to get a shipping quote.
